The "Fourth Quarter" is the 2019 edition of the Canada West Basketball Officials camp will be held in conjunction with the 3D Western Canadian Championship tournament. 

The high-level competition will take place at the Langley Events Centre on June 28 to July 1, 2019. It will include Open Women’s and Men’s divisions to U16 & U17 club teams.

For the past 15 years, the camp has provided many officials with extensive exposure to top evaluators and veteran officials in the country. 

Registration fee includes:

- 3-Person Fiba mechanics training.

- Classroom sessions.

- On court expert feedback with extensive video breakdown from the best in the business.

​- Camp Swag. 

- Hosted Saturday Night Social.
